The construction cycle of the metal cow shed work is short, which reduces the labor cost of the project effectively and can be put into production and recovery cost earlier. The steel frame has strong shock resistance and can improve the comprehensive aseismatic property of the whole building.Main structure of cow shed is adopted hot-dip galvanized H section steel to reduce self-weight of design load and foundation size. At the same time, hot-dip galvanized can greatly improve anti-corrosion of the steel frame.
Secondary Structure:Purline is used galvanized Z or C section steel. Purlines and main frame are bolted connection, no welding, which makes the structure much easier and quicker to install.
Bracing and tie bar are hot-galvanized, which improve corrosion resistance.
Zinc corrugated steel sheet is choosed for cladding system.
Unique design is not only lightweight but also succinct, the cost of material is lower than traditional structure. The steel structure adopts one-step molding technology, hot galvanizing, the frame service life can be more than 50 years.

The packing method for main steel frame use steel pallet, This method packing can better protect the steel frame, and alos the loading and unloading will be fast and convenient since it could be taken as a whole.(see attached photo). The best advantage can save the quantity of shipping contaier, so it will save the cost of ocean freight, save unlading time and cost.
Installation:
Upon customer request, we could send our engineer to guide the installation, or a small team to install at the same time, teaching local workers to install, or enough workers to install all the goods by ourselves. It depends on whether the cost is economic.
