Steel grating is a grid-shaped sheet made from steel materials. The core materials are flat steel and twisted square steel (or round steel). The flat steel serves as the load-bearing component and is usually made of hot-rolled flat steel, which has high strength and good toughness, ensuring the load-bearing performance of the steel grating; the twisted square steel plays the role of connection and fixation, and is combined into a regular grid structure through welding technology.
The surface treatment is generally a hot-dip galvanizing process, allowing the zinc layer to evenly cover the surface of the steel grating, forming a dense protective film, significantly enhancing the anti-corrosion performance, and adapting to harsh environments such as humidity, acid, and alkali; there are also painting and plastic coating treatment methods to meet different appearance and mild anti-corrosion requirements. Its specifications are diverse, and can be customized according to the height and thickness of the flat steel, the spacing of the twisted steel, as well as the grid size, plate length and width, etc., suitable for various scenarios.
