Applications
Super-fine grinding for inks, automotive paint, anti-corrosion coatings, water-based color paste, wood coatings, and similar materials. Achieves fineness range of 10-2μm.
Standard Configuration
Outer chamber: Carbon steel with chrome-plated or spray treatment
Inner chamber and rotor: Wear resistant alloy steel (for solvent-based products)
Inner chamber and rotor: PU material (for water-based products)
Discharge sieve screen: Wear resistant stainless steel
