S65 Laboratory Three Roll Mill with Hard Alloy Chilled Rollers for Paint and Ink Processing
The S65 Laboratory Three Roll Mill is engineered for precision grinding of high-viscosity materials in industrial applications. Featuring hard alloy chilled rollers, this equipment delivers exceptional performance for paint, ink, pigment, plastic, and food processing industries.
This three-roll grinding miller is specifically designed for processing paste materials including:
- Paints and coatings formulations
- Printing inks, offset inks, and lithographic inks
- Pigments and colorants
- Plastic compounds and food products
Note: Not suitable for materials containing acid, alkali components, or substances that could corrode the rollers.
The mill features three horizontally aligned rollers operating at differential speeds. Material undergoes multiple grinding passes (typically two for standard materials, more for high-viscosity substances) to achieve fine particle sizes of 3-18μm as measured with a fineness scraper.
