Through RoHS heavy metal testing (lead ≤ 90mg/kg, cadmium ≤ 75mg/kg) and REACH SVHC 224 hazardous substance screening, it does not contain prohibited substances such as phthalates and azo dyes. In practical applications, there should be no curling or shedding of the inner lining within 2 years after installation.

The peeling strength between the flocking layer and the PVC base fabric is ≥ 85N/5cm (DIN 53357), and the depth of fluff implantation is uniform. After 5000 Taber abrasion tests (CS-10 wheel, 500g load), the mass loss was ≤ 0.1g, and there was no shedding or pilling phenomenon.
