1. Filtration mechanism
Physical interception: Use the fine pores (pore size is usually 5-20 microns) of filter paper, metal mesh or synthetic fiber to block iron filings, sand, carbon deposits and other particles;
Adsorption: Some filter elements contain activated carbon or magnetic materials, which can adsorb colloid, sludge and fine metal powder produced by oil oxidation.

2. Workflow
When the engine is running, the oil pump presses the oil into the filter element. After passing through the filter medium, the clean oil is transported to each lubrication point through the center hole, and impurities are retained on the inside of the filter element or on the surface of the medium.
