| 1 | Tinplate Slitting | Sheets are cut into strips of the required width. |
| 2 | Can Body Forming | Sheets are rounded into cylinders. |
| 3 | Side Seam Welding | The side seam is welded for a strong, leak-proof joint. Clear coating outside welding for rust protection. |
| 4 | Top & Bottom Flanging | Both ends of the cylinder are flanged evenly for bottom/ring seaming application. |
| 5 | Bottom Lid Seaming | The bottom is sealed using triple-seaming technology. |
| 6 | Top Lid Seaming | After turning, the top is sealed with the same 3-layer method. |
| 7 | Handle / Ear Lug Welding (if needed) | Plastic or metal handles are welded on via automatic equipment. |
| 8 | Leak Testing & Inspection | A batch of cans is water-tested to ensure airtight sealing before mass production. During production, by the automatic leakage tester and visually by an inspector. |
| 9 | Packing | Cans are bagged or carton-packed based on customer specs. |
