Products Description

This equipment is the core main unit of the filter knife-type pleated paper gluing production line, specially designed for the filter paper folding process of air purifier filter cores and industrial filters. Integrating a servo-driven knife-type folding system and an intelligent control system, it can automatically fold the slitted filter paper/glass fiber material into uniform pleates, and in combination with the subsequent gluing process, form the core filter layer of the filter core. The equipment supports multiple pleat types (mountain/valley alternating, single/double pleat edges), with the pleat spacing and height precisely adjustable. It is suitable for materials such as PP filter paper, glass fiber filter paper, and activated carbon composite paper, and is a key equipment for achieving automated filter production.
