Customized Glass Fiber Unwinding And Slitting Machine For Filter Element Pleating Lines
This equipment is the front-end core device of the filter glass fiber gluing pleated paper production line without partitions, integrating automatic feeding, tension control and high-precision slitting functions. Designed specifically for glass fiber filter paper and composite glass fiber materials, through a servo drive system and intelligent deviation correction technology, large rolls of glass fiber materials are slit into small rolls of specified widths, meeting the high-precision requirements of subsequent pleating and gluing processes.
The equipment supports fiberglass materials with a thickness of 0.1-1mm. The slitting edges are smooth and free of burrs. It is equipped with a double-station feeding rack to achieve continuous production and is a key pretreatment device for the automated production of high-efficiency filters without separators (HEPA/ULPA).
