Products Description
 
The pleating machine without separators, customized for the brittle nature of glass fiber, is equipped with a servo-driven folding system and intelligent forming technology. Combined with diamond-coated tools, it ensures that the pleating of glass fiber filter paper with a thickness of 0.1-1mm is undamaged. The equipment supports electric adjustment of the pleating height from 5 to 70mm. The built-in ion air rod eliminates static electricity of the material, ensuring the cleanliness of the filter element from the source. It is applicable to the automated production of HEPA filter elements in medical cleanrooms and ULPA ultra-high-efficiency filters for semiconductors, providing high-precision pleating solutions for high-end filtration scenarios.
