1.Paper feeding platform: Limit devices ensure stable, non-deviating feed for various material sizes. 2. Marking system: Counting adjustable via display for easy operation. 3. Safety light curtain: Photoelectric sensors stop the machine instantly when blocked, ensuring safety. 4. Folding mechanism: Top/bottom mechanical arms control blades for fast, efficient folding. 5. Heating unit: Upper/lower plates with 3 disks each; temperature adjustable via display. 6. Paper pressing setup: Five plates with cylinders/tension gauges ensure stable product output. 7. Rear workplate: Electroplated hard chromium material; rear tempered glass for durability/safety.

The fully automatic servo knife-type folding machine does not require a gear or synchronous belt, nor does it need an induction sensor or photoelectric switch. It uses full servo control and electronic cam to control the movement of the mechanical arm to complete the folding of products. The opening and closing angles of the upper and lower knives for folding, as well as the pressing angle, can all be freely controlled in multiple angles. It is suitable for folding W-shaped, M-shaped, Step-Up type and multi-layer materials, etc.
