The TCJY-75 is a fully automatic spiral center tube manufacturing system designed for high-volume production. With a capacity of 20-30 pcs/min, adjustable diameters from Φ30-Φ75mm, and freely selectable tube length, this machine provides strong adaptability to different filter manufacturing needs.

Its hydraulic pressure drive offers powerful and stable performance, while computer control ensures precise processing, economical material use, and steady quality.

The machine is technically used in manufacturing the center tubes of the auto oil and fuel filters. Furthermore, the perforated/round hole spiral tube can be made as well.
