Introduction

Working Procedure

Materials are heated and stirred separately in the water and oil pots before being transferred via vacuum pump to the emulsifying pot, entering through its upper center. Under vacuum conditions, the mixture undergoes rapid emulsification and high-shear homogenization. This process yields exceptionally fine, smooth, bubble-free products, discharged either gravimetrically from the bottom outlet or via pressure-assisted systems. These superior quality characteristics make the equipment indispensable for cosmetic and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
