Working Principle

Operating under vacuum conditions, the emulsifier subjects materials to intense mechanical processing within micron-scale clearances between the rotor and stator. Here, three simultaneous actions occur through applied kinetic energy: hydraulic shearing, centrifugal compression, and impact fracturing. This high-intensity mechanical treatment achieves near-instantaneous homogenization, while continuous recirculation through the shear zone—combined with vacuum deaeration—produces exceptionally smooth, bubble-free emulsions with superior stability and consistent quality.
