The tank cover features manual or automated lifting capability, enabling direct vacuum transfer of materials from water/oil vessels to the emulsification chamber via dedicated pipelines. Precise thermal control is achieved through jacketed heating - where heat transfer media within the interlayer elevate material temperatures to user-defined setpoints with automated regulation. Rapid cooling is facilitated by circulating coolant through the same interlayer, with thermal insulation externally applied for efficiency.

Equipment Operation Guidelines

1. PROHIBITED ACTIONS
⚠️ (1) NEVER allow the homogenizer to idle for extended periods
⚠️ (2) NEVER operate the dispersion blade without materials
⚠️ (3) NEVER lean over vacuum tank openings while mixers are running
⚠️ (4) NEVER introduce hard objects (iron, stones, etc.) into vacuum/dispersion tanks

2. REQUIRED OPERATIONS
✅ (1) Ensure manhole valves are fully sealed BEFORE activating vacuum pump
✅ (2) Clean tank interiors ONLY AFTER stopping dispersion blades
✅ (3) Open manholes AFTER confirming ALL stirring and homogenizing functions have ceased
