Introduction

This emulsification system is engineered for producing diverse semi-solid formulations across cosmetic and food manufacturing sectors. Working Principle

Aqueous and lipid phase materials undergo pre-heating and agitation in dedicated vessels before vacuum transfer to the emulsification chamber. Within this vessel, a dual-mixing mechanism operates: an overhead paddle provides bulk circulation while a PTFE wall-scraper ensures complete material engagement, directing flow downward to the high-shear rotor-stator assembly. Operating at 2,800+ RPM, this emulsifier subjects materials to violent hydraulic shear, achieving particle size reduction to 200nm–2μm mean diameter. Concurrent vacuum extraction continuously removes entrained air throughout processing, ensuring bubble-free homogeneous dispersion.
