Product Description
The CG1.9 tank container is specifically manufactured for transporting pyrophoric and moisture-reactive liquids, including Alkyl Metals listed under UN 3394. It features full regulatory adherence to IMDG CODE and GB/T150 design standards. The tank body uses 16MnDR carbon steel with a 12mm wall and head thickness to resist pressure-induced failures and chemical degradation. It offers safe transport up to 6 bar pressure and is tested at 18.2 bar. This container incorporates essential safety mechanisms such as a DN80 relief valve and a thermal-activated fusible element.

Precautionary Measures
-
Always ensure grounding before any operation to eliminate risk of static ignition
-
Avoid exposure to moisture or water vapor to prevent spontaneous reaction with contents
-
Only trained technicians should handle loading/unloading and pressure adjustments
-
Keep operation pressure strictly below 6 bar to avoid compromising tank integrity
-
Monitor tank temperature consistently within the -40°C to +70°C limit
-
Periodic inspection of the relief valve and fusible device is required
Typical Applications
