We manufacture precision forged steel shafts using high-performance alloy steels such as 42CrMo, 42CrNiMo, and 18CrNiMo, specifically developed for wind turbine drivetrain systems. With a weight range from 100KG to 1000KG, these shafts are engineered to deliver outstanding strength, fatigue resistance, and dimensional accuracy under continuous high-load operation.


Material Grades:

  • 42CrMo – A versatile alloy steel offering excellent toughness, wear resistance, and hardenability, ideal for medium to heavy-duty shafts.

  • 42CrNiMo – A nickel-molybdenum alloy steel with superior fatigue and impact resistance, especially suitable for cold climates and dynamic loads.

  • 18CrNiMo – A premium carburizing steel known for deep hardenability and superior surface hardness after heat treatment, perfect for long-life drive components.

Production Process:

Each shaft is inspected and optionally delivered with CNC pre-machining for seamless integration into wind turbine gear systems.
