Product Description
The corrosion resistant 4J36 capillary tube is an Invar alloy thin wall round tube available in customized sizes. This 4J36 alloy features an ultra-low expansion coefficient, excellent plasticity and toughness, and is suitable for both cold and hot processing.

Preparation Process & Performance Optimization
The manufacturing process includes batching, smelting, casting, forging, heat treatment and precision machining. Heat treatment significantly impacts performance:
Annealing at 900°C for 2 hours stabilizes expansion coefficient at 1.2×10⁻⁶/°C
Aging treatment (300°C to 400°C) improves hardness and strength
350°C aging for 8 hours reduces expansion coefficient to 1.0×10⁻⁶/°C
