Product Overview
Hastelloy C-22 (HC22 alloy) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy engineered for exceptional corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing chemical environments. Its high molybdenum and chromium content provides superior resistance to chloride ion attack, while tungsten enhances overall corrosion protection.
HC22 alloy is among the few materials capable of withstanding corrosion from wet chlorine, hypochlorite, and chlorine dioxide solutions, while maintaining excellent resistance to concentrated chloride solutions.
