High Pressure Hose Loop for Oilfield Applications Made from Alloy Steel with 42MPa Operation Pressure
Our hose loops, designed for cementing and circulating applications, are available in two primary construction models: integral construction and threaded construction.
The typical integral hose loops feature two straight pipelines and two Style 10 swivel joints with elbows, connected by tri-race ball bearings at three joints and secured with threaded wing nuts. The threaded construction model utilizes two straight pipelines and two Style 50 swivel joints with elbows, joined by threaded wing nuts.
Manufactured from high-quality alloy steel and MPI inspected, all materials meet ASTM or AISI standards. Available in sizes from 2" to 3", with standard lengths of 8ft, 10ft, 12ft, and custom lengths for specialized field service requirements.
