XTWZ Series Low Pressure Loss Hydraulic Oscillator with 1 MPa Pressure Drop for Directional Drilling
The XINGTONG XTWZ Series Low Pressure Loss Hydraulic Oscillator is a hydraulically powered downhole tool designed to reduce friction and improve drilling efficiency in horizontal, highly deviated and extended-reach wells.
The tool uses drilling fluid energy to generate periodic pressure pulsations and axial oscillations along the drill string. These oscillations help reduce frictional resistance, improve weight-on-bit (WOB) transfer and support more consistent drilling performance.
With a low pressure-drop design and robust mechanical structure, the XTWZ Series is suitable for demanding directional drilling operations where efficient force transfer and drilling stability are essential.
