- Sample Confirmation: Customer reviews and confirms samples
- Second Payment: Payment required upon receiving T1 shot samples
- Mould Modification: Adjustments made if necessary
- Mould Delivery: Delivery occurs after receiving third payment
- After-Sales Service: 12 months warranty included free of charge
