Installation Guidelines
Mount the flow switch in a duct or chamber where the air paddle can freely point horizontally downwards. Provide straight zones for a length of 5 times the duct diameter upstream and downstream from the installation location to prevent air swirl and paddle instability.
Important Notes
Units are factory calibrated to minimum switch-off value. To increase set value, adjust range screw clockwise. For air speeds exceeding 5.0 m/sec, the paddle must be cut off on the marked side. When paddle is cut, minimum cut-out value increases from 1.0 m/sec to 2.5 m/sec.
