Installation Guidelines
The flow switch can be installed in any position away from elbows or throttlings, with arrow indicating flow direction. For vertical pipe installation, recalibrate range to balance paddle weight. When mounting downwards, avoid slag accumulation and install in a straight pipe section at least 5 times the pipe diameter upstream and downstream from the unit, away from filters and valves.
The flow switch is factory calibrated at minimum sensitivity. To increase set value, turn adjustment screw clockwise. The cut-out value must be ≥ the minimum flow necessary to guarantee plant protection.
