The KWFS Series Liquid Flow Switch is an IP65-rated brass flow monitoring device designed for industrial heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. With a 24V 15A SPDT micro switch and adjustable stainless steel paddle, it provides reliable flow proving for pipes ranging from 1" to 8" in diameter.

The flow switch can be installed in any position away from elbows or restrictions, with arrow indicating flow direction. For vertical pipes, recalibrate range to balance paddle weight. When mounting downwards, avoid slag accumulation and install in straight pipe sections at least 5 times the pipe diameter upstream and downstream from filters, valves, and other components.
Note: The flow switch is factory calibrated at minimum sensitivity. To increase the set value, turn the adjustment screw clockwise. The cut-out value must be greater than or equal to the minimum flow necessary to guarantee plant protection.
