Troubleshooting Guide

Causes:
- Excessive resistance in oil suction pipeline (clogged filter, low oil level, air leakage)
- Internal pump leakage (damaged distribution plate, poor sealing)
- Inclination angle too small
- Motor reversal
Solutions:
- Clean oil filter, maintain proper oil level, check pipeline seals
- Replace worn components (plungers, distribution plates)
- Adjust variable piston to increase inclination angle
- Correct motor phase sequence
High Vibration and Noise
Causes:
- Misalignment between pump and motor shafts
- Damaged bearings or variable head bearings
- Inadequate oil viscosity or flow restrictions

- Select appropriate oil viscosity, ensure proper piping
