Troubleshooting Guide
Insufficient or No Oil Output
Possible Causes:
- Excessive resistance in oil suction pipeline (clogged oil filter, low oil tank level, or air leakage)
- Internal leakage of the pump (scratches on oil distribution plate, poor sealing)
- Inclination angle of the inclined plate too small
- Motor reversal (incorrect phase sequence)
Solutions:
- Clean oil filter, add oil to normal level, check pipeline sealing
- Replace worn parts (plungers, oil distribution plates) or grind mating surfaces
- Adjust variable piston to increase inclination angle
- Adjust motor phase sequence
Abnormal Pressure (Too High/Too Low)
Low Pressure Solutions:
- Check for pipeline leaks
- Inspect overflow valve faults
- Check cylinder block distribution plate leaks
High Pressure Solutions:
- Adjust overflow valve
- Check directional valve or return oil pipeline
Daily Maintenance
- Maintain oil temperature at 25-60℃, cleanliness level ≥8
- Conduct comprehensive inspection of seals, filters every 6 months
- After 3000 hours operation, check oil replenishment pump status daily
- Ensure pump is filled with oil before starting to avoid dry friction
Installation Requirements
- Pump shaft and motor shaft concentricity <0.05mm
- Suction height should not exceed 500mm
- Use original seals and wear-resistant components for replacements
