First, check if the inlet oil filter is clogged and clean or replace it if necessary; second, inspect the sealing parts of the pump (like O-rings) for damage and replace faulty seals; finally, verify if the relief valve matching the pump is stuck and perform maintenance on the valve.

It is recommended to use hydraulic oil that meets ISO VG 46 or ISO VG 68 specifications. The oil should have good anti-wear and anti-oxidation properties, and the oil temperature during operation should be controlled between -10°C and 80°C to avoid affecting pump performance.

For general industrial applications, routine inspection (checking oil level, temperature, and leakage) should be conducted monthly; oil change and filter replacement are recommended every 6 months or after 2000 hours of operation; a comprehensive disassembly and inspection of the pump should be carried out every 2-3 years.
