A PGH series instrument is an electrically powered generator that produces high-purity hydrogen gas through the electrolysis of water. It typically consists of an electrolysis cell, a power supply, pressure control systems, and drying/purification modules to ensure gas quality.

It is recommended to use hydraulic oil that meets ISO VG 46 or ISO VG 68 specifications. The oil should have good anti-wear and anti-oxidation properties, and the oil temperature during operation should be controlled between -10°C and 80°C.
- Routine inspection: Monthly (checking oil level, temperature, and leakage)
- Oil change and filter replacement: Every 6 months or after 2000 hours of operation
- Comprehensive disassembly and inspection: Every 2-3 years
