High Pressure Triplex Plunger Pump Overview
XuZhiYang triplex pumps are positive displacement, three-plunger pumps engineered for reliable high-pressure performance. With each crankshaft revolution, plunger rods move in direct reciprocating motion to produce consistent output flow. Flow rate is directly proportional to pump speed, while plunger diameter and stroke length determine liquid volume per cycle.
Working Principle
- Suction Stroke: Plunger moves backward, suction check valve opens, drawing liquid from reservoir into cylinder
- Discharge Stroke: Plunger moves forward, suction valve closes, discharge valve opens, forcing liquid into discharge line
- Volume delivered per cycle equals cylinder volume change as plunger travels between extreme positions
