High Pressure Triplex Plunger Pump Design
XuZhiYang triplex pumps are positive displacement, three-plunger pumps engineered for reliable high-pressure performance. Each crankshaft revolution produces direct reciprocating motion of plunger rods, ensuring consistent output flow directly proportional to pump speed.
Working Principle
- Suction Stroke: Plunger moves backward, opening suction check valve to draw liquid from reservoir into cylinder
- Discharge Stroke: Plunger moves forward, closing suction valve and opening discharge valve to force liquid into discharge line
- Volume delivered per cycle equals cylinder volume change as plunger travels between extreme positions
