The RD-360LG Industrial X-ray Flaw Detector is our flagship high-energy solution, purpose-built to tackle the growing demand for inspecting thick-walled components and long focal distance welds in modern manufacturing. Developed to outperform conventional X-ray machines and serve as a safer alternative to Ir-192 gamma-ray sources, this 360kV system delivers continuous exposure capability and up to 80mm steel penetration (Q235)—making it the ideal choice for special equipment NDT in China and beyond.
Designed with a 3:1 work-rest cycle and 30-minute maximum single exposure, it eliminates the limitations of traditional duty cycles, enabling faster, uninterrupted inspections for heavy components. Available in directional and panoramic configurations, it’s built to handle both flat welds and full-circle radiography, even in the most demanding industrial environments.
