Usage Method

Process Flow

Workpiece to be processed → Degreasing → Rinsing with clean water → Surface conditioning → Passivation → Rinsing with clean water → (Optional) Washing with pure water → Drying or air-drying

Precautions

Please thoroughly clean the tank before preparing the bath solution
It is best to conduct a salt spray test or let the coating stand for 24 hours after passivation
The drying temperature should not exceed 65℃
