The powder supply center is engineered for rapid color change operations, replacing traditional powder supply buckets. External integrated powder pump groups facilitate easier cleaning. Powder is poured into the fluidized powder tank and transported via integrated powder pumps to supply the spray guns.

Equipped with an efficient vibrating screen (60 mesh), the system screens recovered powder to separate contaminants and large particles, ensuring only clean powder enters the supply center. As an integral component of the quick color change system, the powder supply center directly impacts final product spray quality and serves as the core of automated production.
