Our Automated Powder Coating Line with dual-powder application creates special effects finishes. Featuring two powder supply systems that apply different powders simultaneously or sequentially, this equipment is engineered for smooth dual-powder processing. The control equipment features simple operation with clear problem indication panels. Includes a programmable controller with CPU, input/output interfaces, and touch panel for user-friendly operation.
- Centralized control of pumps, fans, burners, and conveyor drives using graphic symbols
- Parameter settings, alarm information prompts, maintenance tips, and password protection
- Stable control system with easy operation and maintenance
- Control cabinet construction: SS41 (T=1.2mm) cold plate bending and welding with painted surface
- Electrical accessories from well-known brands or equivalent quality
