Our conveyor-based automatic powder coating system is engineered for heavy-duty industrial equipment.
Featuring a high-load-capacity conveyor belt moving at 0.5-3m/min, it handles large parts up to 500kg.
Electrostatic spraying technology ensures 95% powder utilization rate, reducing waste. The modular
structure allows easy integration of additional pretreatment or curing zones. Ideal for coating
industrial machinery, cranes, and large-scale metal structures, this system offers fast, uniform
coating that enhances product durability and extends service life.

automatic pretreatment system, hanging conveying system, dehydration furnace and drying curing furnace (heating system),
automatic powder recovery cabinet, large cyclone, secondary recovery system, two-dimensional reciprocating machine,
grating recognition system, isolation room, air ducts, sample cabinet, two PVC conveying curing furnace lines,
and PLC programming centralized electrical control system.
