Our multi-function automatic powder coating line supports dual-color spraying, creating unique and eye-catching effects on decorative items. The two independent powder supply systems can be controlled separately, allowing for endless color combinations. The line has a maximum coating width of 1.5m and can handle parts up to 50kg. With a modular structure, it's easy to upgrade or modify. Suitable for decorative plates, vases, and metal artworks, it enhances the aesthetic value of products while ensuring a durable finish.

The powder supply center is specially designed for rapid color change, replacing the traditional powder supply bucket. External integrated powder pump group makes cleaning more convenient. Powder is poured into the fluidized powder tank and can be sucked away by the integrated powder pump group to provide the use of the spray gun.

The powder supply center is equipped with an efficient vibrating screen (screen 60 mesh). The recovered powder is screened by the vibrating screen, separating dirt or large particles caused by cleaning, with clean powder collected into the powder supply center.

As an integrated part of the quick color change system, the powder supply center affects the spray quality of the final product and is typically used as the core component of automated production.
