This advanced automatic powder coating plant features a cyclone powder recovery system that achieves over 96% powder utilization. Designed specifically for metal furniture manufacturing, it can process 1200-1800 pieces per hour with adjustable coating thickness from 40-120μm to accommodate various furniture styles.
