Our intelligent automated powder coating setup features IoT-enabled monitoring for real-time tracking of production parameters from any location. This versatile system adapts to various industries including electronics, furniture, and automotive, handling parts of different sizes and weights with production capacity ranging from small-batch to large-scale operations.
Control System & Electrical Components
The system utilizes a programmable controller with CPU, input/output interfaces, and touch panel for centralized control of pumps, fans, burners, and conveyor drives. Features include user-friendly graphic interface, parameter settings, alarm information, maintenance tips, and password protection.
- Control cabinet constructed from SS41 cold plate (T=1.2mm) with painted surface

Loading → Pre-degreasing & residue removal → Main degreasing (swimming + ultrasonic + heating) → Water washing (I & II) → Activation → Spray washing (3 & 4) → Passivation → Spray washing (5 & 6) → Pure water cleaning → Automatic water blow-off → Dehydration drying → Natural cooling → Online roasting → Powder spraying → Hurricane recovery → Secondary recovery → Grinding → Curing oven drying → Natural cooling → QC inspection → Unloading → Packaging
