Our industrial-grade large capacity anodizing line is engineered for high-volume production and can accommodate oversized workpieces. Exhaust Ventilation Treatment System
- Side-mounted exhaust duct with separate routing for acid, alkali, and chemical waste gases
- 500mm diameter main exhaust duct with standardized, optimized design
- Neatly arranged exhaust outlets, branch pipes, and main pipes for excellent performance
- Air volume control devices on suction branch pipes for consistent suction across production lines
Target System Configuration
This production line includes 7 sets (14 total) of copper flying targets that meet process requirements. The immersion structure and water cathode (positioning saddle) pairing ensures optimal positioning and conduction.
