Process Technology Overview
Process: High-voltage plasma discharge in electrolyte forming ceramic coatings
Oxide Layer Thickness: 10-100 microns with extreme hardness (800-1,200 HV)
Surface Finish: Matte, rough texture suitable for various metals
Corrosion Resistance: Exceptional performance, even in saltwater environments
Material Compatibility: Works with aluminum, titanium, magnesium and other non-aluminum metals

Municipal water supply interface connected by user with external water pressure matching municipal supply
Exhaust gas discharged to waste gas treatment tower (indoor duct provided by seller)
Acid and alkali wastewater discharged to user-designated collection point (within 5 meters of equipment)
Steam source connected to equipment locations by user (within 5 meters), steam pressure 0.2-0.5Mpa
Power supply connected to equipment locations by user (rectifier, refrigeration machine, fan within 3 meters; main control power within 5 meters)
