Spray washer specifically designed for zinc plated parts with low pressure setting drying system, ideal for hardware manufacturing applications.
Spray Washer Overview
Low pressure (90bar) setting protects zinc plating on hardware parts. The comprehensive spray system ensures complete surface coverage, while the 50℃ dryer prevents plating damage. Specifically designed for hardware manufacturing of door handles and hooks, effectively removing polishing wax and fingerprints.

- Metal particle diameter ≤ 600μm
- Non-metallic particle diameter ≤ 1800μm

- No surface watermarks after cleaning (with pure water machine)
