Ultrasonic cleaning line with variable speed conveyor drying system designed for the construction industry.
Machine Overview
Variable speed conveyor (2-8m/min) adapts to different pipe lengths, cleaning via 180bar high-pressure spray. The 80℃ drying system prevents rust formation, making it ideal for construction metal pipes. Effectively removes cutting oil and dirt, ensuring welding quality, and handles pipes ranging from Φ20-200mm.
Cleaning Quality Standards
- Total residue weight ≤ 4.5mg
- Metal particle diameter ≤ 600μm
- Non-metallic particle diameter ≤ 1800μm
- Fiber length ≤ 4000μm
- No surface watermarks after cleaning (with pure water system)
- Completely dry surfaces, including blind holes
Process Flow
Manual feeding → ultrasonic cleaning → fixed-point spraying → air cutting → fixed-point spraying → mobile spraying → mobile air cutting → fixed-point air cutting → vacuum drying → cooling section → automatic unloading (truss manipulator) → full inspection and packaging
