This net belt type spray cleaning line is specifically engineered for removing oil and wax from water kettles. It features a stainless steel mesh conveyor belt that transports kettles through three comprehensive cleaning stages: pre-rinse (80 bar), high-pressure spray (120 bar with 60℃ hot water), and final rinse.
Equipped with 16 rotating nozzles, the system targets both interior and exterior surfaces, effectively dissolving manufacturing oil, polishing wax, and fingerprints. The integrated 70℃ hot air drying system ensures kettles are completely moisture-free and ready for painting or assembly.
With adjustable belt speed (1-5 m/min), the system handles 200-500 kettles per hour, reducing labor requirements by 40% compared to manual cleaning.
