Ultrasonic Cleaning Line Overview
This 6-tank system includes prewash, ultrasound, three rinse stages, and drying tanks. Engineered to handle large castings with 20kHz ultrasonic waves and 75℃ heating to effectively remove foundry residues. Large baskets accommodate manifolds and other industrial components, with manual transfer between stations and a drying tank featuring strong airflow. Ideal for foundry applications and preparing castings for painting processes.
Ultrasonic Cleaning Technology
The 20kHz ultrasonic signal generated by the ultrasonic generator is converted into mechanical vibrations through the piezoelectric effect of transducers. These vibrations create ultrasonic mechanical waves in the cleaning solution, generating alternating positive and negative pressure zones that produce countless microscopic bubbles. Each bubble exceeds 1000 atmospheres of pressure and bursts instantly, creating localized high-pressure impacts that rapidly remove dirt from surfaces and crevices. This phenomenon is known as the cavitation effect in ultrasonic cleaning.
