This tunnel-type cleaning equipment, paired with a stainless steel mesh belt conveyor, integrates 5 core functions for all-around industrial part cleaning. The mesh belt (304 stainless steel, adjustable speed 0.5-4m/min) steadily transports parts through each stage without fixtures.

- High-Pressure Spray: 5-8bar pressure blasts loose contaminants
- Ultrasonic Cleaning: 28-40kHz waves dissolve stubborn oils and grease
- Pure Water Rinse: 18.2MΩ*cm pure water eliminates residues
- Wind Cut: High-velocity air (0.6-0.9MPa) removes surface moisture
- Hot Air Drying: 60-100℃ temperature ensures 100% dryness
