Precision Cleaning Process for Complex Parts
The 4-tank automatic vacuum hydrocarbon cleaner (Model HS-4384MFG) provides superior cleaning performance for intricate components including blind-hole and bonded parts through a comprehensive 4-step automated process.
Workpieces are manually loaded into custom baskets (550×650×450mm) and automatically transported into the machine via a feeding cart. The cleaning sequence begins with:
Tank 1 - Degassing Rough Cleaning: Combines vacuum degassing, 28KHz 4800W three-sided ultrasonic cleaning, and oscillation at room temperature for ≥5 minutes to remove surface oil contamination.
Tank 2 - Degassing Rinsing: Repeats the degassing process to further reduce residue and ensure thorough cleaning.
Tanks 3 & 4 - Vacuum Precision Cleaning: These SUS304 10mm plate tanks utilize dual-frequency (28KHz/40KHz) 4800W ultrasonic waves with shared "CNST" VG95/2.2KW vacuum pumps. Their precision filtration systems (10μ/1μ) ensure microscopic impurity removal, critical for zinc-magnesium-aluminum parts requiring zero dirt and oil residue.
Tanks 5 & 6 - Vacuum Drying: Utilize hydrocarbon vapor (90-130℃) for steam bathing and drying. Equipped with Cuiman RT0.30S roots pumps and CNST VG155 liquid-ring vacuum pumps, these tanks leverage the vacuum boiling effect to dry workpieces in ≥5 minutes. An ion fan at the discharge port cools parts and eliminates static electricity, ensuring readiness for subsequent processes.
