Pneumatic components include SMC cylinders and solenoid valves combined with Airtac air treatment units (GF/GR series) for smooth actuation of tank lids and mechanical arms. Fluid handling is managed by Nanfang QY-series circulation pumps (Taiwan, China) and Orank WD-series heat transfer oil pumps, ensuring efficient solvent circulation and heating. Vacuum systems employ CNST VG-series liquid-ring pumps (for tanks 3#/4#) and Cuiman RO-series roots pumps (for tanks 5#/6#), delivering high vacuum levels for effective degassing and drying processes.
