- Pure solvent vapor production (90-130℃) under negative pressure for part preheating
- Two-stage pump system (Cuiman roots pumps + CNST liquid-ring pumps) for rapid high-vacuum state transition
This vacuum boiling effect reduces solvent boiling point, enabling residual solvent evaporation in minutes—significantly faster than traditional atmospheric pressure drying. The process also enhances part quality by:
- Removing final traces of oil contamination through steam bathing
